Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on assisting the team with day-to-day activities that help the agency to better serve our customers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing customers regarding billing, claim and policy needs.
- Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
- Assist and collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
- Desire to help your team be the best for your customers.
- Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.
- Obtaining applicable state insurance licenses is preferred, but not required.
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
